  • list_peers

    List hoptell peers (agent sessions on this or other machines) and whether they are online.

  • read_inbox

    Description is built at runtime.

  • send_file

    Send a snapshot of one text file from an approved local folder to one named peer for review: its content, a SHA-256 of its exact bytes and a review request id. Keep the returned snapshot_id to check the file later.

  • send_message

    Description is built at runtime.

  • verify_snapshotread-only

    Check whether a file you sent with send_file still has the same bytes, using its snapshot_id. Compares bytes only; it does not validate a reply. Call it with the original local snapshot_id after matching the reply's sender, review_request_id and based_on to the original send result. For any result other than `match`, obtain a fresh review or reconcile the change deliberately. Files can change after a check, so check immediately before editing.
