  Calls a Horoshop API function directly, for anything the dedicated tools do not cover (new functions, undocumented parameters, B2B specifics). Pass the function name as it appears in the docs, e.g. "catalog/export", "orders/get", "customer-groups/export". Authentication is handled for you — do not pass a token. • horoshop_categories_exportExport Horoshop categoriesread-only

  Lists the store catalog sections (API function pages/export) with their ids, parent ids, titles per language, section discount and image. Call this to resolve the category ids that horoshop_products_export and horoshop_products_import expect. Note that Horoshop returns content pages such as "Contacts" or "About us" alongside real product categories — they are not distinguishable by a flag, only by where they sit in the tree.

  Returns every order status configured on the store, with its id, its titles per site language, and whether it counts as a successful delivery (API function orders/get_available_statuses). Requires Horoshop 4.0 or newer. Use this before filtering or updating orders, since stores can rename statuses and add their own.

  Lists orders from the Horoshop store (API function orders/get), with their line items, delivery and payment details, totals, discounts and UTM analytics. Filter by date range, order ids or status. Built-in statuses: 1 new, 2 processing, 3 delivered, 4 not delivered, 6 shipping. A store can define its own — call horoshop_order_statuses for the real list. Order data comes back in the language of the site version the order was placed on.

  Changes the status, payment flag or tracking code of existing orders (API function orders/update). This writes to a live store: a status change is visible to the customer and can trigger notification emails. Verify the status ids with horoshop_order_statuses first, and update only the orders you were asked to. A partial failure comes back as status WARNING with a per-order log.

• horoshop_product_sets_importImport Horoshop product setscan change or delete data

  Creates or updates bundles of products sold together at a discount (API function productSet/import). A set is matched by its own "article", which must be unique across both sets and products. A set holds at least two and by default at most five products, referenced by their articles — each must already exist in the catalog. The result is a per-set log: code 0 imported, 101 article missing, 102 the article collides with an existing product, 104 a member product was not found, 106 unknown currency.

  Permanently deletes product sets by article (API function productSet/remove). This removes the bundle only, not the products in it. There is no undo — confirm the exact articles before calling.

  Creates or updates products in the store catalog (API function catalog/import). Products are matched by "article"; an unknown article creates a new product. DESTRUCTIVE DEFAULTS — read before calling: - images, gallery_common and gallery_360 each default to override:true, which DELETES the existing gallery before uploading.   Exports registered customers (API function users/export): id, name, email, phone, delivery country/city/address, registration date, newsletter consent and the internal manager note. On Horoshop B2B stores it also returns the customer group, balance and assigned manager. Filter by registration date. This returns personal data — export only what the task needs.
