Provision a new DingDawg agent for a user. Returns the agent record with a cryptographic receipt.
agent_delete
Soft-delete (archive) an agent by setting its status to 'archived'. The agent is never hard-deleted — the record is preserved for audit.

Retrieve an agent by UUID or handle. Exactly one of agent_id or handle must be provided.
