    Run one upAPI operation by slug. Discover slugs and their parameters with `search_ops` first. Costs the operation's own quota units per call (1 for most, more for search/browser-backed ones) — the exact figure is in the search result. Failures come back as a tool error carrying upAPI's error code, not as a broken session.
