Price a competitive EIP-1559 bid for a contested transaction using eth_feeHistory reward percentiles (p50 normal / p75 fast / p90 war). maxFeePerGas is a refundable ceiling; the tip is the real spend. Reports viable:false when a cap would put the bid below the observed market rather than silently clamping to a losing number.

Prepare an UNSIGNED EVM NFT mint. Discovers the collection's mint entrypoint from deployed bytecode (ERC-721 does not standardize minting), encodes calldata, prices a competitive EIP-1559 bid from fee-history percentiles, enforces gas-war caps, and reports contract risk. Returns wallet-signable calldata — never signs or broadcasts. Supply gasLimit plus maxTotalGasWei to enforce the caps; without them the artifact is returned with a loud warning.
