cancel_calendar_inviteCancel Calendar Invitecan change or delete dataCancel an invitation you sent, taking it off the attendees' calendars. The cancellation is matched to the original event by `uid`, which send_calendar_invite returned. With the wrong uid the recipient's calendar has nothing to match and the event stays on it. Args: inbox_id: The inbox that sent the original invitation to: The attendees to notify (comma-separated), as originally invited uid: The calendar_uid returned when the invitation was sent title: The event title, as originally sent start: The event's original start time, ISO 8601 sequence: Must be higher than the…
create_calendar_eventCreate Calendar EventPut an event on the inbox's calendar, and optionally send it to the attendees as a real invitation. This is the agent's own calendar: the event shows up in list_calendar_events and on the calendar feed a human may have subscribed to. With send_invites=True the attendees also receive a proper iCalendar invitation (Accept/Decline in their mail client), and their answers update the event as they come back. Prefer this over send_calendar_invite when the agent should keep track of the event afterwards. Args: inbox_id: The inbox whose calendar gets the event (and sends the invites) title: …

list_calendar_eventsList Calendar Eventsread-onlyList events on an inbox's calendar, soonest first. Every inbox has a calendar. It holds events created with create_calendar_event and every invitation that arrived by email, kept up to date as the organizer sends changes or cancellations. Use this to see what the agent has been invited to, or what it has scheduled. Args: inbox_id: The inbox whose calendar to read from_date: Only events starting at or after this (ISO 8601 date or datetime, e.g. "2026-09-15" or "2026-09-15T00:00:00Z"). reply_to_messageReply to MessageReply to a message. Threading headers are set automatically. Works on messages you sent as well as ones you received. Replying to your own message goes to the people it was addressed to, which is what a "sent this days ago, no answer, nudge them" follow-up needs. Args: inbox_id: The inbox containing the message message_id: The message ID to reply to body: Reply body (plain text) cc: CC recipients (comma-separated, optional). Use this for a standing CC that should be on every reply. bcc: BCC recipients (comma-separated, optional) to: Override the recipients (co…
send_calendar_inviteSend Calendar InviteSend a real calendar invitation: Accept/Decline in the recipient's mail client, and the event on their calendar. Use this rather than attaching an .ics file. An attached .ics is only a file the recipient has to open by hand; it does not create the invitation, and an agent on the other end has to guess what the attachment is. This puts the event in the message itself, where mail clients and other agents look. Returns the invite's uid. Keep it: changing or cancelling the meeting needs it. Args: inbox_id: The inbox to send from to: Attendee email addresses (comma-separated for multiple…
send_emailSend EmailSend an email from a Dead Simple Email inbox
sign_in_with_inboxSign In With InboxSign in to a third-party app using this inbox as the agent's identity (Sign in with Dead Simple, an OpenID Connect provider at https://id.deadsimple.email). Use when an app offers "Sign in with Dead Simple" or any OIDC login whose authorization URL starts with https://id.deadsimple.email/authorize. Pass that URL exactly as the app produced it. The app receives the inbox's address as the account email, so verification emails land in this inbox. With follow=true the redirect back to the app is fetched so the login completes; final_url and final_status show where it landed.
wait_for_emailWait for Emailread-onlyBlock until a NEW inbound email arrives in the inbox, then return it. Use for signup/verification flows: trigger the action that sends the email, then call this to receive it. Only emails arriving after this call count. Args: inbox_id: The inbox to watch from_contains: Only match senders containing this text (optional) subject_contains: Only match subjects containing this text (optional) timeout_seconds: Max seconds to wait (default 60)
