    Send one agent-to-agent message addressed to an agent name (or '*' to broadcast). ONLY for agent-to-agent coordination messages addressed by agent name; NEVER for querying CI status, jobs, pull requests, or events -- use query_ci or tail_events for that. Hardcodes event_type=agent_message so the message rides the typed lane, never the CI stream.

    Fetch one stored event row by its opaque ULID, including the fenced raw webhook payload. Tool-surface parity for the waitbus://event/{ulid} resource. Oversize payloads return a truncation marker with a raw_uri pointer to the uncapped waitbus://event/{ulid}/raw resource.

    Query CI state in one of three views selected by the required 'view' enum: 'status' (latest workflow_run per repo), 'failed_jobs' (recent failing workflow_job rows), or 'pr_aggregate' (every run and job for one pull request; requires repo and pr_number). Pure read of the events DB.

  • read_agent_messagesRead agent messagesread-only

    Cursor-paginated read of agent-to-agent messages addressed to this agent (or to '*'). ONLY for reading messages other agents sent you by name; NEVER for querying CI status or events -- use query_ci or tail_events for that. Returns messages plus next_cursor; nothing re-delivers history. The pull side of the agent doorbell.

  • tail_eventsTail eventsread-only

    One-shot windowed read of events above an opaque cursor. Returns events plus next_cursor. max_wait_seconds is capped at 270s to stay below Cursor's 5-minute cancel. agent_message rows are excluded unless event_types explicitly requests them.
