__TOOL__
Runs one delegated worker (an agent definition setup wrote, such as developer or analyst) as a separate Pi process and returns its final answer when it settles. With background: true it returns at once with the subagent id and the answer arrives later as a follow-up; steering it (estigia_subagent_message) and answering its questions (estigia_subagent_reply) need background: true, because a foreground call blocks this turn. Its writes are decided by Estigia as this session's run.
estigia_parent_message
Tells the parent session something (notification) or asks it a question (query). A query waits for the answer and is an error if none comes in time.
estigia_subagent_message
Steers a running subagent by id; the subagent must have been started with background: true. The text reaches it as a follow-up. A finished or unknown subagent is an error.
estigia_subagent_reply
Answers a question a running background subagent is waiting on, by subagent id and request id; the answer is its tool result. Needs background: true on the subagent.
