  • index_directory

    Index files in a directory for semantic search. Args: path: Directory path to index. patterns: Comma-separated glob patterns (default: "*.md,*.py,*.txt"). Returns: JSON string with indexing results.

  • index_status

    Get current index statistics. Returns: JSON string with index status information.

  • semantic_search

    Search indexed files using natural language. Args: query: Natural language search query. top_k: Number of results to return (default: 5). path_filter: Optional SQL LIKE pattern to filter by file path. Returns: JSON string with search results.

  • update_index

    Incremental update — re-index changed files only (hash comparison). Returns: JSON string with update results.
