  • click

    Click the first element matching ``selector``. Pass ``wait`` (a load state like "networkidle", a selector, or a number of seconds) when the click triggers client-side (SPA) navigation — the response otherwise reflects the page mid-transition rather than settled, since a route change with no full page load gives no other signal that it's still in flight (#226).

  • close_session

    Close the live session. Optionally flush the accumulated sidecar-shaped transcript (see ``docs/mcp-tool-schema.md``) to ``save_transcript`` — same JSON shape a batch ``run``/``auto`` sidecar has, minus the ``media`` block (no reel is encoded from a live session).

  • dblclick

    Double-click the first element matching ``selector``. See ``click``'s ``wait`` for triggering client-side navigation.

  • goto

    Navigate the active session to ``url``.

  • hover

    Hover the first element matching ``selector``.

  • press

    Press ``key``. Page-level keyboard when ``selector`` is omitted.

  • screenshot

    Capture the current page without performing any action.

  • scroll

    Scroll ``to`` a selector into view, or ``by`` pixels (window, or ``selector``'s container when given).

  • select

    Select ``value`` on the ``<select>`` matching ``into``.

  • start_session

    Open the one live browser session this server process holds. Args default to the server's ``--engine``/``--viewport``/... CLI flags (or ``Config`` defaults) when omitted. Errors if a session is already open — call ``close_session`` first.
