About
zerostack is a terminal coding agent written in Rust and inspired by pi and opencode. It works with OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Ollama and custom providers, and its permission system has five modes with per-tool rules. It saves, resumes and compacts sessions, supports git worktrees and subagents, and offers optional MCP servers and ACP so editors such as Zed can use it as an agent.
Use cases: coding, code-generation
