About
WrenAI supplies agents such as Claude Code and Cursor with a semantic layer and context layer, so they turn business questions into SQL that follows approved metric definitions and then publish the answer as a dashboard. Definitions, enums, joins and examples are stored as reviewable YAML and Markdown in a repo you own. It installs as a Python CLI, connects to more than 20 data sources, and also exists as a commercial cloud and self-hosted edition.
