About

mini-swe-agent is a small agent of about 100 lines of Python that uses bash as its only tool and keeps a linear message history. Actions run as independent subprocess calls, so the same agent can run locally, in Docker or Podman, in Singularity or Apptainer, or in other sandboxes. It works with any model that litellm, OpenRouter or Portkey can reach. The README says it was built by the Princeton and Stanford team behind SWE-bench and SWE-agent.
