About
Maestro is a cross-platform desktop app for running a fleet of AI coding agents across projects, including Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Factory Droid and several beta CLIs. It runs playbooks of markdown task checklists in fresh sessions, creates git worktree sub-agents for parallel branches, and lets one agent moderate a group chat of agents. A built-in web server with QR code access allows phone control, with optional Cloudflare tunnels, and a maestro-cli can run playbooks from cron or CI. Maestro passes through the configuration of each underlying agent, including its MCP tools, skills and permissions.
Use cases: coding, agent-orchestration, code-generation, workflow-automation
