About

grok-cli is an open-source terminal coding agent for the xAI Grok API, with X search, web search and sub-agents enabled by default. It runs as an interactive terminal interface built with Bun and OpenTUI, or in headless mode for scripts and CI with JSON event output and an optional xAI Batch API mode. Users can continue saved sessions, schedule headless prompts and pair the agent with Telegram to send commands from a phone. The project is community-built and is not affiliated with xAI.
