About

deepx-code is a terminal coding agent that is DeepSeek-native and OpenAI-compatible, distributed as a single Go binary. It routes between flash and pro models, builds a code graph for symbol lookup and impact analysis, and reads screenshots with local PaddleOCR. Commands run in a native OS sandbox by default, using Seatbelt on macOS and bubblewrap on Linux, and it supports MCP and Claude-compatible skill directories. The project is MIT licensed, and the README reports about 99% prompt-cache hits in one long session.

Use cases: coding, code-generation, refactoring
