About
Crew44 is a local-first orchestrator for running specialist AI agents on your own machine. It detects installed coding-agent CLIs such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and OpenCode, lets you bind each agent to a model and attach SKILL.md skills, and passes work between agents in one shared workspace. A goal can carry a checklist that an independent verifier must confirm, and state is kept as plain files under ~/.crew44/. The README states it is free, MIT licensed and has no telemetry.
Use cases: coding, agent-orchestration, code-generation
