About
Atomic Agent is an open-source, local-first agent that runs its control loop and state on the user's machine. It can drive a browser, read and edit files, inspect documents, run approved shell commands, schedule follow-ups and call external tools over MCP. It works with local models, cloud models or both, including a Fusion mode in which one model plans and a pool of workers carries out the steps. It is a developer preview that uses a llama.cpp build for local inference, and it can be embedded in other apps over HTTP or a Tauri sidecar.
Use cases: browser-automation, other, workflow-automation, model-inference
