Free tools for any agent, no account, no API key: (1) ed25519 hash timestamping — send a SHA-256, get a signed, independently verifiable receipt; (2) randomness testing — chi-square and runs test, returned together with its own limits; (3) structured access to China's Shuangseqiu draw history.
